Shipping costs may vary depending on the size and combination of items in your order, as packaging requirements can differ. In some cases, smaller pieces may still incur higher shipping fees due to standard rate structures that don’t always precisely reflect the actual size of the item.

If you feel that the shipping cost seems unusually high for what you’ve ordered, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Where possible, I’m happy to review the packaging and, if the items can safely fit into a smaller parcel (for example, the same box as a single item), I will adjust the shipping cost and issue a refund for the difference.


Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 5–6 business days, though this can vary depending on specific circumstances.

For international orders, delivery typically takes between 6–15 business days, with possible delays depending on external factors.

I always do my best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. However, during busier periods or due to scheduling and workload, there may be a short delay before your parcel is sent. Thank you for your patience this is a small, mostly one-person operation, and each order is carefully packed and shipped by me. If there are any unexpected delays, I will make sure to inform you.

If you prefer to pick up your order in person, feel free to get in touch to arrange a collection. In such cases, any shipping fees paid can be refunded accordingly.

Once an order leaves my studio for international delivery, it becomes the responsibility of the destination country’s postal service and customs. If an item is lost in transit, please contact both the shipping provider and myself. I will do everything I can to assist, but in rare cases where items are lost or damaged, we can arrange either a replacement or a refund. Any such situations are handled individually.

Please ensure that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the mistake is only noticed after the parcel has already been dispatched, responsibility for any loss lies with the customer. In some cases, it may still be possible to correct the address, and I will always try to help where I can. However, if the parcel cannot be recovered, I’m unable to offer a refund.

I’m only responsible for the shipment while it is in transit directly from my studio to the address provided at checkout. If an order is intentionally sent to a third party such as a friend, colleague, or family member with the plan for it to be forwarded on, any issues that occur during that second shipment fall outside my responsibility. This includes loss or damage, and refunds cannot be issued in such cases.

As an example, some customers may choose to send their order to another country first (for instance, to avoid import fees), and then have it forwarded on privately. If the parcel is lost or damaged during this secondary delivery stage, I’m not liable for the item or any associated shipping costs.

Returns are only possible in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by mistake. If this is the case, please contact me and I will sort it out as quickly as possible.

If your order hasn’t arrived within a week of dispatch, please reach out as soon as possible so I can try to locate or resolve the issue.
