•Hungary (Domestic): Delivery typically takes 1-3, 3-5 business days (depending on delivery type).
•European Union: Delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on the zone.
•United Kingdom: Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days.
•United States: Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Bencera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
•UK Customers: Please be aware of potential import VAT and duties.
•US Customers: Please be aware that recent changes to US trade policies mean that shipments from the EU may be subject to import tariffs upon delivery.
Packaging

To ensure the safe arrival of your ceramics and to optimize shipping costs, multiple items ordered together will be combined into a single, securely padded shipping box whenever possible.
